This visual essay examines the way our perception of the ‘self’ has been altered in the past two decades, particularly in relation to how technology has blurred the lines between ‘reality’ and ‘virtuality’. Here, virtual reality becomes the evil mirror distorting beauty standards, later shattering, infecting people with its splinters. This is a story between the good and the bad.
