Where positive and negative charges meet, you will find Static Mila V’s latest EP which takes her musical endeavor to a next step in a sinister and experimental fascination. As a multifaceted, multitalented artist, Mila V is set to celebrate the release of her experimental electronic EP with Glamcult in an all encompassing event at the ACUD CLUB on the 21st of November in Berlin (RSVP here). Expect Static to radiate a blend of raw power and subtle slickness a reflection of Mila V’s intuitive creative process. She will also be performing live, showcasing the subconscious and unfiltered expression in her lyrics!
The EP release party’s lineup weaves together bass, EBM, techno, and industrial, forming a cohesive narrative while remaining deeply rooted in her emo, goth, punk, and metal influences. Expect the unexpected. Parrish Smith, described as embodying the “beautiful and true example of the punk mentality,” will bring his unique fusion of punk, rock, techno, and rhythmic experimental sounds. His raw emotion and intensity will leave you craving more.
Next up is Unhuman, the techno project of Manos Simotas, whose journey through noise, industrial, and dark ambient has shaped his distinct sound. As a regular DJ in Berlin, he knows just how to keep the crowd moving on the dancefloor. Rising DJ sensation Hanaby will also join, known for her electrifying blend of African beats, electro, and deconstructed club sounds. Her sets push boundaries, creating a captivating sonic tapestry that is sure to have you mesmerized.
Complementing the musical performances, the event features Amsterdam-based artist Mysterious Creator (Dimme van Harten) who will provide otherworldly visuals, transforming realistic elements into the surreal and taking the audience to new dimensions. Last but not least the evening will include a captivating live performance, “Curtain of Beaded Dreams,” by multidisciplinary artist Neptuna Magnética and calligrapher Jiannyuh. Their performance, based in self-discovery and deconstruction, will combine nude body expression, calligraphy and mixed media. Set to the backdrop of Unhuman’s set, this fusion of performance and DJing promises to create a profound immersive atmosphere.
