We are thrilled to announce the launch of Bruin Jackson’s video clip for the song “Love Dames,” a track from his highly anticipated debut album Cowboy van de Jordaan. Bruin Jackson is the alter ego of multidisciplinary artist Bruin Parry, who rocks an extra chromosome and is determined to take over the world with his unique tunes, dazzling moves, and immense superstar attitude. For this piece, Jackson teamed up with singer, songwriter, and producer Abel van Gijlswijk, best known as the frontman of the punk band Hang Youth. Together, they created a feel-good hip-hop track celebrating their mutual love for sexy ladies.
In making “Love Dames,” the Amsterdam duo embraced the idea of sexiness not as a matter of appearance but as a state of mind – confidence is key! And well, for the music video, the artists recruited the ultimate icon of sexy women – Dutch star Katja Schuurman. The clip opens with an emotional performance by Bruin, setting an intimate atmosphere that will then shift. The next shot radiates pure energy as the two artists, Bruin and Abel, dance together behind a red car wrapped in Bruin’s own drawings of sexy women. Iconic, right? But that’s not all; here comes the legendary Schuurman, acting as the singers’ chauffeur. Dropping today, get ready to be struck by the infectious energy and playful charm of the “Love Dames” music video – a celebration of confidence, creativity, and the joy of being unapologetically yourself.
Despite the naysayers who doubted his potential, Jackson remained steadfast in his pursuit of stardom. Today, he stands tall as a beacon of neurodiversity in the music scene, passionately advocating for a more inclusive industry. Join us on July 18th at MELKWEG to celebrate the album launch! In line with his commitment to inclusivity, the event will be pay-what-you-can. Each visitor can contribute according to their capacity, making this party accessible to all.
We’ll see you there!?
