Characterising Kink

We’re not shy of a bit of S.E.X. So we’re here (as always) to champion Martine Rose in her latest foray into kink. In this line-up we have the hypermasculine city-banker with his busting-shirt buttons, the garter-wearing football coach and the mini-skirted boss. I’ve gotta say – we stan. What was the reason for fine-tuning her social commentary to the language of the erotic? To satirise our sexually-repressed selves, of course. After months of lockdown, the backdrop of the bathroom video-caller is a curious reflection of digitised-sexualities, and our 2020-esque explorations in titillation.
