Join the Gerrit Rietveld Academie this weekend as the acclaimed Amsterdam art school presents Selected—an exhibition showcasing the work of 11 talented graduates. With a mixture of all artistic mediums—fine art, moving image and inter-architecture, to name a few—this isn’t an event to be missed.
All young exhibitors were selected at their graduate exhibition, and are either winners or nominees of the GRA Award—an annual award given by the Rietveld Academie to outstanding students, encouraging them to continue producing their weirdly wonderful creations.
In case you missed our fashion-forward exhibition earlier this year, Looiersgracht 60 is the perfect setting to present such work; formerly a cardboard and bottling plant, the space has had a major refurb to transform it into the creative hub it is today. White walls, ample natural light and situated in Amsterdam’s gallery district—Looiersgracht 60 will make the viewing experience all the prettier.
