Anyone with even a remote interest in streetwear will be familiar with Palace’s iconic Penrose triangle logo. Designed by Fergus Purcell, his countless graphics have been copied, coveted, and elevated to cult status.
Zalando recently invited the artist to its Bread & Butter preview in Berlin to talk about his personal aesthetic—bringing a subversive touch and punk sensibility to brands like Marc Jacobs, Aries and KR3W.
Leading up to the big Bread & Butter event this September, Purcell also recorded a video for the Bold Minds Speak series, alongside iconic creative forces such as Vivienne Westwood, Adwoa Aboah and Jefferson Hack. Watch the short clip here and check out our B&&B recap if you haven’t yet!
